Stresses in the body are encouraged to release, using this gentle refined technique via hand holds including the sacrum (a triangular bone at the base of the spine) as well as the cranium (head). I use some of these subtle techniques when treating most patients and find them especially effective for headaches, babies, children and unresolved injuries or trauma.
