Aromatherapy massage is excellent for promoting relaxation as it combines the benefits of quality essential oils with therapeutic massage.
As a fully qualified experienced Aromatherapist and member of IFPA (International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists) website since 1998, I am able to offer treatments during and after your pregnancy.
Indian Head Massage (IHM) is based in the ancient system of Indian medicine known as Ayurveda. Ayur means life and Veda means knowledge/Science. You may have your IHM treatment clothed or using aromatherapy essential oils in massage oil. You also have a choice of opting to have a hair oiling treatment with coconut oil for an extra charge, if you wish.

IHM will help you to achieve balance and calmness and improves circulation thus relieving some musculoskeletal pain and stimulating your immune system. .
Hot Stone Massage is a wonderful massage using hot basalt stones which are then placed on your body’s strategic healing places and colder marble stones close the pores and invigorate you and the resonance of Tibetan bells aids relaxation. This is all with your permission so please let me know if you would prefer to leave anything out.
